The price of the extra night includes accommodation, breakfast, assistance of Barrel crew and organisation of any event (trip, friendly match, etc.) only for cost price.
Every package includes
- Three nights accommodation in chosen hotel

- Bus/Tram transfer to all activities connected with the bowling tournament
- Organisation service during all arranged activities
- A friendly guide, who will take care of the team during the whole stay (for groups above 10 persons)
- Free “open tap” beer at all official events during the tournament

- Transport from/to airport (for the biggest part of the group)

The price doesn’t include the health insurance.
If your fan is sticking with the team all the time, we consider him/her a full-fledged participant, including the price.
Additional information
Every team has to pay €200 of an advance payment. This must be paid till March 2026. The deposit will be sent back to your account after the check-out or deducted from the final payment.

Remark of organizers – the participation of small children is not recommended.
Discounts
- For the team leader with more than 35 members – free of charge.
- For the team leader with more than 21 members – 50 % discount of the price on a double room.
- Bus driver (not participating in the tournament) – free of charge for the groups over 20 persons.
- LOYALTY DISCOUNT: Teams that participate in the bowling tournament for the fourth time and more can claim a discount of €20 per person.

Cancelations terms
- more than 90 days before the tournament: 0% of advanced payment
- from 90 – 50 days before the tournament: according to cancellation policy of chosen hotel with minimum of 50% of advanced payment
- less than 50 before the tournament: 100% of the advance payment
- on the tournament: 100% of estimated price for confirmed number of participants
